Vine Counselling Department
The Vine Counselling Department’s goal is to support the community of the church in their pursuit of well-being and healing, by offering professional, individual and couples counselling. Our counseling provides an empathetic environment in which people can process events, problematic thoughts, emotions or behaviours. It is a place to explore, gain understanding and strategize the steps that can be taken in order to move towards empowerment and freedom in life.
VCD operates an affordable sliding scale fee taking into consideration a potential client’s circumstances, and is staffed by trained counsellors. If you would like to request to meet with a counselor please email [email protected] and we will contact you.

HRT stands for Healing and Restoration Team. We are a team of people dedicated to minister to those who request personal prayer for any issue in life that they feel is a roadblock to their wellness in body, soul or spirit. If you would like to receive prayer from this team, you will be invited to share about the specific issue and a brief history related to it. The team will come alongside you to hear and seek the wisdom and revelation of the Holy Spirit for the necessary steps needed for restoration and healing, with a focus on dealing with the spiritual roots of the issue.
HRT team members have gone through various types of prayer ministry training and we normally have a team of two-four people led by a team captain to minister to you during your prayer session. We have teams to serve three times a month with each prayer session lasting an hour and a half.
If you would like an intensive time of prayer focused on healing and restoration, please email [email protected] for a Heart Ministry prayer slot.
Pastoral Support aims to provide spiritual, relational & practical care at crucial times in life, including personal crisis, major transitions and other occasions or circumstances that leave a person in need of support. We also coordinate pastoral conversations around marriage & preparation for it; ministry to the bereaved; hospital visits; and praying for healing & restoration. Pastoral Support desires to equip the Church to learn to care and walk with the hurting and broken just as Jesus did and releases all of us to “go and do likewise”.
